Clean Room Introduction
クリーンルームは、東京大学 浅野キャンパス 武田先端知ビル 地下2階にあります。
地下1~3階 600m2で、3層構造完全ダウンフロー型です。
クリーンルームはクラス1のCR1、クラス1と100のCR2、クラス1000のCR3の三つに分かれています。（旧連邦規格）
The clean room is located in the basement of the Takeda Science and Technology Building, Asano Campus, the University of Tokyo.
Basement 1-3 floors with 600m2, three-storey structure, fully downflow type.
The clean room is divided into three classes: class 1 CR1, class 1 and 100 CR2, and class 1000 CR3.
クリーンルーム1(CR1)
Clean Room 1(CR1)
面積：155m2
クリーン度：クラス1(1立方フィート（約30cm四方）の空気中に含まれる0.5μm以上の大きさの粒子が1個以下)
主な作業：リソグラフィー・露光・描画
Area: 155m2
Cleanliness: Class 1 (no more than one particle larger than 0.5 µm in one cubic foot of air)
Main tasks: lithography, exposure and drawing
クリーンルーム2(CR2)
Clean Room 2(CR2)
面積：300m2
クリーン度：クラス100(1立方フィート（約30cm四方）の空気中に含まれる0.5μm以上の大きさの粒子が100個以下)
主な作業：成膜・膜加工・エッチング
Area: 300m2
Cleanliness: Class 100 (no more than 100 particles larger than 0.5 microns in a cubic foot of air)
Main tasks: deposition, film processing, etching
クリーンルーム3(CR3)
Clean Room 3(CR3)
面積：145m2
クリーン度：クラス1000(1立方フィート（約30cm四方）の空気中に含まれる0.5μm以上の大きさの粒子が1000個以下)
主な作業：形態・形状観察・分析・電気計測・切削・研磨・接合
Area: 145m2
Cleanliness: Class 1000 (less than 1,000 particles larger than 0.5 microns in one cubic foot of air)
Main tasks: morphology, shape observation, analysis, electrical measurement, cutting, grinding, and joining

当ビルへのお越しの際は、以下の２駅からが便利です。
地下鉄 千代田線の場合 根津駅（C14）１番出口より 徒歩５分
地下鉄 南北線の場合 東大前駅（N12）１番出口より 徒歩10分
浅野キャンパスにあります。（弥生キャンパスと間違えないようにご注意ください。）

Closest metro station:
Chiyoda Line, Nezu Station (C14) Exit #1 (5min walk)

It is located on Asano Campus. (Please be careful not to mistake it for the Yayoi Campus.)
